Motorbike Rentals Terms And Conditions

1.Rates include
1.1. Vate Added Tax (VAT) 24%
1.2. Unlimited mileage only in Lefkas island
1.3. Collision Damage Waiver (CDW): Covers all damages to the motorbike. There is a small excess amount, depending on the category of the motorbike.
1.4. Theft Protection Coverage (TPC)
1.5. Delivery and Collection: to all locations on the island of Lefkas.
1.6. T.P.L.I. (Third Party Liability Insurance)
1.7. Road maps
1.8. Break down assistance
1.9. Helmets

2. Rates exclude
2.1. P.A.I. (Personal Accident Insurance)
2.2. Fuel: At the time of the rental, the level of fuel will be written on the costumer’s rental contract. The motorbike must be returned with the same level of fuel, or else charges will occur.
2.3. Traffic fines: The driver is the only responsible to cover the cost of any fees (parking, toll, traffic violations).
2.4. Keys & helmets: The costumer is responsible to cover the cost for lost or damaged keys/helmets. Lost or damaged keys/helmets are not covered by any insurance (CDW, FDW) or the TPC.

3. Policy
3.1. Full Damage Waiver (FDW): If the costumer doesn’t want to have an excess, there is the option of the FDW. There is a small extra cost per day for the FDW, depending on the category of the motorbike. Costumers can have the FDW after contacting with the office. Damages at any part of the vehicle caused due to a violation of the European and Greek traffic law (e.g. driving while drunk or under the influence of drugs, using the vehicle for race competitions ect), are not covered by any insurance.
3.2. Insurance (CDW or FDW) covers only the driver whose the name is on the contract.
3.3. Pricing: quoted on a “per day” basis. Minimum rental is one (1) day. Every hour in excess is calculated at 1/5 of the daily rate.
3.4. Deposit: a 25% deposit is required to be paid via bank for the finalization of any booking.
3.5. Payment: by credit card or cash. We accept American Express, Visa and Master Card.
3.6. Reservations: must be made by category and not by motorbike model. Our motorbike models are indicative. The costumer may get a similar or upgraded motorbike at our discretion. There is no refund for deposits.
3.7. Driving license: must be European or International.
3.8. Driving outside of Lefkas island: the advance authorization of the renting station is obligatory (no insurance).
3.9. Driving on the beaches is forbidden
3.10. Costumer receives helmets for his/her own safety. According to traffic law regulations, if denying to wear helmet, the renter is the only responsible.
3.11. Extension of the rental: if the costumer wishes to extend the rental period, he/she must contact the office, before the expiration of the rental agreement.
3.12. Lessor reserves the right to repossess vehicle at any time without notice, at the costumer’s expense, if vehicle is used in violation of the Terms & Conditions.
